Marc Lafin of Astrée Avocats has written an article for the Dictionnaire Permanent Assurances Lefebvre Dalloz on the "LCB-FT package" published last June in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Based on the 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6), a first regulation (AMLR) creating new requirements, and a second regulation creating the AMLA (the European AML-FT Authority), this "package" raises legitimate questions for companies subject to it, which the article answers point by point.
